In addition to the joy of creating music, it’s been a delight to work with Dan Storper and Putumayo World Music over the last decade to co-curate and coordinate their music-for-yoga series, merging my twin passions of music and yoga. It’s also deeply gratifying to support other artists being heard and appreciated more widely.

This Saturday evening March 13th at 6pm CST, we’ll be celebrating the release of our new album “Yoga Dreamland”, with a unique Facebook Live online yoga event for children and families that I’ll be guiding!

Join us at www.facebook.com/putumayo.

RSVP and share the event here

From my studio Wild Lotus Yoga in New Orleans, I’ll be guiding children and their families in a gentle, soothing yoga practice to support winding down for the evening together and a peaceful night’s rest. This short, accessible practice will be accompanied by a selection of beautiful, relaxing songs from Yoga Dreamland featuring artists from around the globe. I’ll be teaching

Get in your P.J.’s, dim the lights, and tune in for this special bonding experience with the little ones in your life– a sweet and peaceful family yoga experience, where you’ll be warmly welcomed into the enchanting soundscape of Yoga Dreamland.
