AyurPrana Asheville Yoga Center Presents
Sand, Sea & Sky – A Yoga & Ayurveda Vacation Retreat in Baja, Mexico
Guided by Seán Johnson, Mitesh Raichada & Sneha Raichada
A Heart-Opening Journey Awaits
Cradled between the desert sands and the shimmering Pacific, this special Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat in Baja invites you to slip into a slower rhythm—where breath becomes prayer and the ocean hums a lullaby. Join guides Seán Johnson, Mitesh Raichada, and Sneha Raichada at Yandara Retreat Center for seven sacred days of movement, breath, stillness, and soulful nourishment. Mornings begin with the rising sun and the gentle stir of asana, pranayama, chant, and meditation while evenings unfold under moonlight with kīrtan, sound baths, and fireside storytelling. Whale songs may echo in the distance as you journal by the saltwater pool or wander the coastal hills—feet rooted in earth, spirit lifted by sea and sky.
• Two daily practices, including asana, pranayama, chanting & meditation – the morning practice will be more asana-based and the afternoon practice integrating other inspirational Yoga & Ayurveda practices
• Three delicious healthy meals each day (vegetarian with vegan, fish and egg options)
• Two evening kirtans and a sound bath
• Private Accommodation, all equipped with a comfortable bed, electricity, storage space, quality linens and eco-luxury decor
• A guided hike through scenic coastal hills to a private swimming area
• A day trip to the nearby artist village for shopping, site seeing, and restaurants
• Wifi in common areas
Optional Add-On Experiences:
• Smoothies at the juice bar
• Spa services for massage, energy healing, and astrology readings
• Laundry service
You’ll also have plenty of down-time for rest, reflection, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Coast.
